What you initially get from the HFG system, is a complete analysis of your MS Access database construction and data specifications (mdb file only) contained conveniently within a Client Copy of HFG. This enables you to quickly find any anomalous contents and correct them or have them corrected.
If you also request a fully functioning general Windows Help File system. This incorporates details of all Forms and all controls on those Forms as well as Reports (what they look like and what they contain) When the cursor is in a control on a Form, pressing F1 will bring up Help on that control. Pressing Shift+F1 (standard) gives you a Cursor with a question mark with which you click on any command Button on screen to get help for that button. You get a table of contents that can be referenced within the Help File system, as per usual. The only difference is with the Help content displayed for a Form or the controls on the Form.

The HFG generated Help Files are necessarily devoid of the usual text descriptions that actually give the help. The system however is completely set up so that this data can quite easily be incorporated. The system has Bold Headings and the #$K footnotes for every Form, Form Control and also Reports if required.

Because we at Oalaego are unable to establish what your forms or controls actually do, in your terms, we give you the completed working Help File system with all of the required and mandatory documents which are generated by HFG, and instructions for using the Windows Help File compiler.

The actual Help contents describing what the Forms and Controls are there for are held in Microsoft Word .RTF files, which can be opened by yourself or your people where you can quickly fill in the documentation that you need, then re-compile the Help File and you have content.

The .RTF files contain extra useful information which HFG adds to assist you in adding the help content. You will be provided with all the necessary details of how to use this data.
