Vanishing Page Technique

This Technique requires that an Empty Template of the Page One file be available within the system where data can be entered during daily processing.  At the end of the day the contents of this Template are transferred to the secured Page One file, then deleted from the Template file ready for the next days processing.

This variation is designed as a last alternative where it might be imperative to have all of the data available to a data operator, in the case where additions to that file occur daily but reference to previous details are not required, at least by that operator.

It is important to realize that some of the worst offenders, with regard to Misappropriation and Misuse of information, may come from within the organization itself.  This may or may not occur in your organization, but that is no reason to maintain a constant temptation.  Eventually someone will succumb.
