Replaced Page Technique



This Technique requires that the Name details within a Copy of the Page One file be replaced with Nick Names, Alternative Names, Nom de Plumes, Pseudonyms.  Thereby allowing this Copy to remain within the system.




This Technique is ideal for use with Employee files as most Employees have or can readily be allocated such a name.  This means that the Alternate Name will need to be added to the appropriate employee within an existing Page One file.




Although many within the organization will be able to recognize some of their colleagues by the Alternate Name, visitors to the system most likely will not. This results in no loss in processing data within the system, and a reasonably high level of security for employee details.  Nick Names are simple and are already used extensively in this environment, and throughout the community and ones life for that matter.
